Spring mix lettuce
1 Apple, bite size pieces
Crumbled Blue Cheese
Dressing:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. grey poupon
1 garlic clove, minced
Candied Pecans:
1 cup pecans
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dressing ingredients until smooth. For pecans, melt the butter, then add water, sugar, salt and pepper. The add the pecans, and toss in sugar until thouroughly coated. Lay on pan to dry.
Then add the apple, blue cheese, pecans, and dressing to the spring mix salad.
