5 lb. cooked jumbo shrimp (peeled)
1 4-oz. jar capers, drained
2 med white onions, sliced
1 lg red bell pepper, sliced
2 tsp. celery seed
3 lemons, thinly sliced
2 .6-oz. envelopes Italian Dressing mix
1/2 cup veg oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 tbs prepared horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Layer a 13x9 baking dish with one third each of shrimp, capers, onion slices, bell pepper slices, celery seed, lemon slices. Repeat layers twice.
Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over layers. Refrigerate 8 hours. Mix occasionally.
