1 lb. ground beef
2 slices dry bread
1 egg
1/3 c. water or milk
1 T. dehydrated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. ground sage
1/4 c. catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Break up bread in a bowl. Add egg, onion and water (or milk). Mix with fork until egg is blended. Add other ingredients and mix well. Put in a loaf pan and bake.

350 for 60 minutes.
