1/4 cup balsamic vingegar
3 tsp. dijon mustard
2 tsp. oregano
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp. salt
ground pepper to taste
1 heaping T chopped garlic
1 cup fine olive oil

Directions:

In a pint jar combine all the ingredients. Place the lid on the jar and shake!!
