2 cups of uncooked elbow macaroni
1 can of reduced fat evaporated milk
1 ½ cups fat free milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp butter, melted
8 ounces reduced fat processed cheese, cubed (Velveeta)
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni. Drain and rinse in cold water. In a large bowl combine evaporated milk, milk, eggs and butter. Stir in Velveeta cheese and 1 ½ cups of cheddar cheese.

Place in crock pot after spraying with Pam. Cover and cook on low 2 ¾ - 3 hours until set in center, stirring once. Sprinkle with remaining sharp cheddar cheese.
Or…

Place in greased rectangle pan and bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until set in center.
