Asparagus (enough for your family )
Salt and Pepper ( to taste )
Garlic ( Diced )
Olive Oil
Butter
Grated Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut up Asparagus ( 4 inches long )
In a frying pan pour enough Olive Oil to coat bottom of pan.Add garlic and sauté on medium heat till garlic is soft.Add Asparagus and sauté stirring often for about 15 minutes ( depends on amount of Asparagus.) Then add Salt and Pepper to taste and serve hot with Butter.
