1 stick of margarine
1 pkg. of frozen crawfish tails
As much or as little of the following as you like::
chopped onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic
salt, pepper, red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute vegetables in margarine and season to taste. Add crawfish and simmer for about 15 or 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
