Ingredients:  
Spinach, bacon cooked and diced, 1 can bean sprouts, hard boiled eggs diced, 1 can water chestnuts, sautéed mushrooms

Dressing - 1 c oil, 1/2 c sugar, 1/4 c vinegar, 3/4 t salt, 1/2 c ketchup, 1 small grated onion

Directions:

Mix dressing ingredients. Mix salad ingredients just before serving. Serve with dressing.

Personal Notes:
The original recipe did not sauté the mushrooms but they are really good in the salad. I call mushrooms Food of the Gods.
