2 T sugar, 2 T soy sauce, 1 T white wine vinegar, 1 T cooking oil, 1/4 t red pepper flakes, 1/4 to 1/2 t ground ginger, 1/8 to 1/4 t garlic powder, 24 samll mushroooms quartered, 2 T sliced green onion

In medium saucepan, combine sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, oil, red pepper flakes, ginger and garlic powder. Add mushrooms and green onions. Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through.
