1 Tbsp salt
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp dill weed
1 cup parsley, freeze-dried
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp garlic powder
1 c. vinegar
2/3 c. canola oil
2/3 c. olive oil

1. Using a food processor, mix all ingredients until well blended. Chill.

2. Shake well before using on fresh asparagus, baby carrots and artichokes. Add 30 min before serving.
