* 1 lb. ground meat, browned
* 1 pkg. hot sausage, browned (TOTALLY OPTIONAL)
* 1 pkg mild sausage, browned
* 2 lbs. Velveeta Cheese, melted
* Pkgs. cocktail breads (little rye breads and white breads in the deli section of the store)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meats and cheese. Pile on top of little party breads. Broil until lightly brown on top. Can make ahead of time and freeze. Just reheat before serving. Makes a large quantity.
