8 oz. white button mushrooms
1 container onion and chive cream cheese
3 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
3 tbsp. butter
shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Clean mushrooms and gently remove stems from the caps. Chop the stems and saute them in the butter until tender. Stir in the cream cheese and fill the mushroom caps with this mixture. Top with cheddar cheese and bake at 350 F until the mushrooms begin to release their juices. I think about 12-15 minutes.
