1 box (16 oz.) mostaccioli
Tomatoes, cucumbers, and green onions to taste
Dressing:
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup sugar
2 T yellow mustard
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare mostaccioli according to package directions. Dice vegetables in the amount you wish to add to mostaccioli. In a separate bowl, mix the dressing ingredients and whisk to thoroughly mix. Pour dressing over pasta mixture. Refrigerate.

Variations:
1. Add garlic powder and/or parsley flakes to dressing.
2. Add pimiento for color rather than the tomatoes. Holds up better for leftovers.
