2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp hot water to dissolve bouillon cubes
2 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 juice glass Old English Cheddar Cheese
Small onion, grated
1 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Soften bouillon cubes in water. Mix first 5 ingredients. (Omit some of the onion juice.) Roll in pecans. Serve with crackers.
