2 cups buttermilk baking mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 to 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. With wooden spoon, stir together the buttermilk baking mix, milk and shredded cheese until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Drop dough by heaping tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Combine melted butter or margarine and garlic powder. Brush over the warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm.
