1 lb. ground beef
1 slice white bread, coarsely crumbled
1/4 c finely chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 t salt
Generous dash of pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c sour cream
1/3 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together beef, bread, onion, egg, and seasonings. Shape into 16 meatballs. In skillet, brown meatballs; pour off fat. Push meatballs to one side; blend in soup, sour cream, and water. Cover; cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Stir now and then. Serve over noodles.
