l lb. hamburger
1 small can tomato sauce
1 small chopped onion
2 to 3 cups zucchini
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
Parmesan or other cheese
1 lb. tomatoes

Brown hamburger in saucepan along with onion and celery. Drain grease. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and zucchini. Simmer until zucchini is transparent. Add Worcestershire sauce. When served (re-warm in the microwave), top with cheese and/or croutons.
