8 slices white bread, stale bread is fine
3/4 c melted butter
2 c milk
2 c cooked ham, cubed
2 c chopped, cooked broccoli (or frozen and thawed)
2 c grated cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cube bread, add milk and melted butter. Layer ingredients in greased 13X9" baking dish as follows: 1/2 bread mixture, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 broccoli, all of ham, 1/2 broccoli, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 bread. Lightly beat eggs, salt and pepper. Pour over layers. Refrigerate overnight. Bake the following morning for 45-60 minutes until top is lightly browned at 350.
