5 1/2 cups sliced baking apples (Cortland)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
3 tbsps. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 pie crust

Topping:
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 8 ingredients and put in pie crust.
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of pie before baking.

Bake for 50 minutes at 375 degrees.
