1/2 lb. goat cheese
1 tsp. crushed fennel seeds
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
8 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 cup olive oil
2 thin strips lemon peel

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour over cheese. Cover and marinate at least 3 days in the refrigerator. When ready to serve, bring to room temperature, place on a dish and garnish with fresh rosemary. Serve with crackers or bread.
