1 loaf french bread 1 package frozen, chopped spinach 1 tomato, seeded and chopped 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 minced garlic clove 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese 1/4 cup mayo 1/4 cup sour cream 1/2 tsp. dill weed 1/4 tsp. salt
Thaw and drain spinach. Combine with tomato and onion. Mix in remaining ingredients. Slice bread 1/4" thick. Place on cookie sheet. Spread a scoop of the spinach mixture on the bread. Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes.
