1 egg white
1 tbsp. water
4 cups large pecan halves
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white until frothy. Add water. Beat until soft peaks for. Stir in pecans until coated. Combine sugar, salt and spices. Pour over pecans, and toss gently. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 275-F for 45-55 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove immediately from cookie sheet and cool on waxed paper. Store in airtight container.
