2 cups shredded cheddar
2 pkgs. (2 1/2 ounces each) thinly sliced deli ham, chopped
3/4 cup mayo
1/3 cup bacon bits
2 tsps. Dijon mustard
1 tube Grand refrigerator biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese, ham, mayo, bacon bits and mustard. Split biscuits into thirds. Press into bottom and side of ungreased mini muffin pan. Fill up with cheese mix. Bake at 450 degrees for 9 - 11 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 2 minutes before removing from pans.
