8 to 10 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup and 1 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup oatmeal (quick kind)
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Vanilla ice cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and slice peaches. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. flour, sugar and cinnamon to taste over peaches. Stir well. Pour peach mixture in a 9 x 13 or 8 x 8 glass dish. Size of dish will depend on how many peaches you use.

In a separate bowl, mix by hand, brown sugar, flour, oatmeal and melted butter. Pour over peach mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Topping should be lightly browned.

This recipe is from Mrs. Ferree and it is delicious. We use Tom's Dads fresh peaches from his orchard in PA. The vanilla ice cream makes it even better.
