1 cups macaroni
cup butter
1 small onion diced
tsp salt
tsp pepper
cup all purpose flour
1 cup milk
8 ounces cheddar cheese - shredded
tsp ground mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni and drain. Cook butter, onion, ground mustard, salt and pepper over medium heat until onion is tender. Blend in flour. Cook on low heat until smooth and bubbly. Remove and add milk. Heat to boil and stir constantly. Cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.

Place macaroni in a greased casserole dish and stir in cheese sauce. Cook at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
