Mt. Olive Dill pickles
olives
small onion
dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
All ingredients are to your measure-if you like more onions, add them; more
pickles, add them too!
Peel and cube potatoes. Boil until tender/soft. While potatoes are boiling,
finely, but not too fine, chop pickles, onion, and olives (a food processor
works great). Drain potatoes and add mayo, and other ingredients. Sprinkle with dill weed to taste. Mix well; refrigerate.
