2 cups flour
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs

Mix flour and salt,add olive oil and
4 eggs blend and kneed. Could be sticky,
add extra flour if needed. Let rest for
30 minutes divide dough in 3 parts--
Either use pasta maker or roll by hand-
use flour to keep pasta from sticking.
Boil the cut pasta in boiling water for
4 minutes or until it floats to top..
Use in soup, stroganoff or eat with
butter and parmesan cheese.
