1 bunch of broccoli, stems and all
1 1/2-2 c. water or chicken broth
1 sm. onion, diced
1 can each, Cream of Broccoli and Celery
1 pint 1/2 & 1/2 cream
1 can evaporated milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the stems off broccoli and chop into pieces. Boil in water or broth for 3 minutes, then add the broccoli heads and cook until tender. Mix remaining ingredients (accept cheese) together in a separate bowl. Add to broccoli mixture. Stir constantly and simmer adding cheese. Serve when melted.
