1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. margarine, soft
1/2 c. minus 1 1/2 tbsp corn oil
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 c. flour, sifted
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars and margarine. Add oil, egg and vanilla; mix well. Add sifted ingredients to mixture. Chill 2 hours. Shape into 1 inch balls. Put on ungreased cookie sheet, flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 for 5-10 minutes.
