Salad Dressing

1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 tbsp snipped fresh italian leaf parsley
1 tbsp snipped fresh oregano
1 tbsp fresh snipped basil
1 clove garlic minced
tsp sugar

Salad

4 cups of chopped romaine lettuce
2 cups chopped peeled and seeded cucumber
1 medium radicchio, chopped
1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce
1 medium red onion, chopped
4 ounces provolone cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients from dressing and shake well. Set aside. In a large serving bowl place all chopped ingredients and toss. Coat with dressing.
