2 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. red vinegar
2 cans of corn
1 can of black beans
green onion
tomato (optional)
avocado

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl combine diced onion, avocado, and tomato. Mix in black beans and corn. Mix in olive oil and red vinegar. Refrigerate for one hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
