Slice the caramel wrap in three slices. Take 4 or 5 pecans and lay on the caramel slice. Roll caramel around pecans. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler. Dip the turtles in the chocolate. Lay our on wax paper. No need for refrigeration.
