Extra Large or Jumbo Peeled and Deveined Shrimp
Monterey PepperJack Cheese (or whatever you like)
Bacon
Horseradish
Sour cream
Toothpicks (soaked in water)

Directions:
Directions:
Butterfly the shrimp part way. Add a small piece of cheese, wrap with 1/4 to 1/2 slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place on grill and cook until bacon is done.

Special Sauce - mix horseradish with sour cream (to taste).
