1lb. Bacon
1lb. Sausage
One onion
1/2 Bag of Hash browns or Tator Tots
4 to 6 eggs
1lb. chopped Ham (if you desire it)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry your bacon, sausage, and ham. Using the grease from the bacon, sausage, and ham, fry the hash browns and onion until they are golden brown.

Once this is done, add all of the meat ingredients. Mix well. Finally, whip the eggs and add them to the batch. When the eggs are done,

Your breakfast hash is good to serve.
