C White Vinegar
2 pkgs. Oriental Ramen Noodles

A package of coleslaw
1 C of Sliced Almonds
1 C of Sunflower Seeds (kernels)
Noodles from the Ramen Pkgs

Directions:
Directions:
Take the 2 pkgs of seasoning out of the ramen noodles and mix the first four ingredients above together with them and refrigerate overnight.

Mix everything together and pour the refrigerated marinate over the bottom four ingredients before serving.

My wife taught me to make this salad and it is very easy to do. If you make and refrigerate the marinate the night before. You are able to just bring it to a potluck at work and pour over the salad when your ready to eat. We have used 2 bags of coleslaw with it before, instead of only one and didn't have to double the marinate recipe.
