Directions:
Brown ground beef in tablespoon of olive oil and salt and pepper as you are browning. Drain drippings. While ground beef is browning, add all other ingredients to a crock pot and turn to high. Add Chili powder to taste. Add ground beef when drained and add more chili powder to taste. If you need to leave, turn crock pot to low and cook for 4 or more hours. If you are at home, leave on high for about an hour and then turn to low for 2 to 4 hours. Serve with grated cheese, sour cream, jalepenos or other garnishes of choice. Also excellent with saltines or frito chips.
