2 pints heavy whipping cream
2 pints half and half
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
˝ teaspoon salt
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Add first five ingredients to 1 ˝ gallon ice cream maker and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add milk to fill line and freeze per ice cream maker’s instructions.
This recipe can be adapted to be all organic by simply using all organic ingredients.
You can substitute goat’s milk for a smoother texture and mellow taste.
You can substitute yogurt for part or all of the milk to make a yogurt version.
