Ingredients:
Deer (or beef) Roast (3-6 lbs)
Cream of Mushroom Soup (2 - 3 cans)
Lipton Onion Soup (1 pkg)
Water (1/2 to 1 soup can)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Line a roasting pan with 2 sheets of heavy foil (enough to pull around over the roast). Place roast in pan. Add all other ingredients. Choose the number of cans of soup according to the amount of gravy you want (more gravy/more soup). Close foil and put another sheet of foil over the top and over pan edges. Place in the center of a preheated oven at 270 degrees. Let cook for about 8 hours. Meat will be well done and VERY tender....will fall off the bone. Serve with rice or mashed potatos.
