1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
3/4 cup nonfat or whole milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
About 3 tsps. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together first 3 ingredients in a blender or a bowl until smooth. Place a 10 inch wide non-stick frying pan over medium heat. When pan is hot, add about 1tsp. of butter and swirl around in pan. Then add 1/3 cup batter and tilt pan to evenly coat the bottom. Cook until crepe is dry looking on top, then flip, and remove immediately. Then butter and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnmon on top or a jam of your choice. Then roll up like a jelly roll. And top with whip cream.
