36 caramels
5 tbsp. cream
1 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels and cream; set aside. Combine flour, oatmeal, soda, salt, melted butter, and brown sugar. Pat 1/2 of flour mixture into a greased 9" x 13" pan. Bake 10 minutes in 350 F oven. While hot sprinkle chocolate chips, nuts, and drizzle caramel mixture on top. Sprinkle the remaining flour mixture on top, and bake 15 minutes more. Cut into bars while warm.
