1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. peach yogurt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seed
8 apples, cored-diced, not peeled (Braeburn work well)
2 c. seedless red grapes
1 1/2 c. toasted pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, and cook juice with sugar, and cornstarch until thick. Cool, mix with yogurt, mayonnaise, and poppy seed. Mix well with fruit, and let set overnight before serving. Keeps well for several days.
