Bottom layer:
1 chocolate cake mix, dry
1 c. mayonnaise
3 eggs
1 c. water

Filling:
24 large marshmallows
14 oz. bag coconut
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk

Frosting:
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
5 tbsp. butter
1 c. chocolate chips

Bottom Layer:
Mix all in bowl on low until moist, then on medium for 2 minutes. Put in 9 x13" pan. Bake at 375 F for 35-40 minutes.

Filling:
Five minutes before the cake comes out of the oven, combine all the ingredients. Heat until marshmallows are melted. Pour on the cake when it come out of the oven.

Frosting:
Combine all but the chocolate chips in a sauce pan. Boil 1 minute, then add chocolate chips. Spread over cake while hot (will be runny.)
