1 1/2 cups oil
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 1/2 cups plain flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts
3 cups diced raw apple

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, sugar, and eggs, beat well until creamy.
Sift together flour, salt, soda and baking powder; gradually add to mixture.
Add vanilla and cinnamon; mix well.
Fold in nuts and apples.
Bake in greased flat pan at 350 for 55 minutes
