4 Pork Chops
1 C cup rice, uncooked
salt & pepper
1/2 chopped green bell pepper
2 Chicken bouillon cubes
1 onion - sliced
2 C hot water
1 Can sliced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the chops and put in a shallow baking dish. Dissolve bouillon in the water and pour over the chops. Add remaining ingredients; sprinkle top w/salt and pepper. Cover tightly and bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
