1 - 1 1/2 lb. kielbasa
2 bay leaves
1 large onion, sliced
4 stalks celery, sliced
4 carrots, sliced
4 potatoes, cubed
1 large can tomatoes, pureed in a blender
water, small amount to cover
1 tbsp. parsley
salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:

Brown the kielbasa and drain; cut into chunks.
Mix everything together, bake at 350 F for 1 hour, 15 minutes. Have a glass of wine.
