2 c. sifted flour
1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
2 dashes of salt
7 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sifted flour
t tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix together the first three ingredients (flour, butter, sugar) and press into a greased 9 x 13" pan. Bake for 15 minutes - until very lightly brown.

Mix the eggs, sugar, salt and lemon juice together; fold in the remaining flour and baking powder. Pour this mixture over the crust and bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still hot. Cut when partially cooled. Leave in pan until completely cool.
