1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
salt and pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
1 c. Minute© Rice, uncooked
2 - 4 c. cabbage, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger, onion and celery in a large skillet. Drain the fat. Add the soup, water and rice and simmer for 10 minutes.

Place the chopped cabbage in casserole, then cover it with the meat/rice mixture. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350º F.
