1 1/4 lb. hamburger
3 (3 oz.) packages oriental flavor instant ramen noodles
2 c. frozen vegetable mixture
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. thinly sliced green onions

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown the burger and onions over medium heat, 10-12 minutes. Break up burger into small pieces and drain. Add 1 package of ramen noodle seasoning, mix and remove from skillet.
Add 2 cups water to the skillet, then add the vegetables, noodles (broken up), ginger and remaining seasoning packets. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 3 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir occasionally. Return beef to skillet. Mix and serve.
