1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) jar of chunky salsa
1 3/4 c. water
2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
4 oz. more or less, Velveeta cheese, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger in a large skillet, drain. Add salsa and water. Bring to a boil, stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium low, cover with tight fitting lid. Simmer for 8-10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Add Velveeta cheese-like substance.
