8 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
2 eggs
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes till done, beat with milk like mashed potatoes. Add 2 eggs beat more with an electric mixer. Keep adding flour until desired firmness is aquired.
Boil water add salt. Drop dumplings in boiling water. when they rise to the top and float, they are done. Serve with pork chops and sourkraut.
